Chocolate Sheath Cake

Sift together:
2 c sugar
2 c flour
heaping 1/4 c cocoa

Bring to a rapid boil:
2 sticks butter
1 c water

Pour over flour mixture and blend well.
 
Add:
1/2 c buttermilk       
1 t soda
2 beaten eggs         
1 t vanilla

Mix well.
 
Pour into 9x13 Pyrex, sprayed with Pam.
Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees. 
Cool for a few minutes.
 
 Melt together and bring to a boil:
1 stick butter       
6 T warm milk
1/4 c cocoa

Pour mixture over 1 box sifted powdered sugar.
Mix well and add:
1 t vanilla
1 c chopped pecans
 
Pour over cake. Cut when ready to serve.
