Tossed Avocado Do Ahead Salad
Serves 8
(Served at Sweetheart Dinner 2019)

Squeeze juice of 2 lemons (1/4 C) into bowl

Add and Mix well
1/3 C vegetable oil
1 t Accent
1t Beaumonde Seasoning

Chop and add
6 green onions
2 large avocadoes (small pieces)

Mix into salad dressing.
Tear 2 hearts of romaine into a bowl (packaged is easy)

Sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese
Cover and chill until ready to serve
Toss well

Note: I made the dressing, green onions and avocado part the night before and put everything together about ½ hour before it was served.
