Easy, Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

Oven 350 degrees.  Mix 1 cup of either chunky or smooth peanut butter with 1 egg and 1 cup of sugar.  Drop by tbl. onto cookie sheet.  Cook until slightly browned for soft cookie and a little longer for crisp cookie.
